Basic structure

• disable: stops motion-related behavior.
• reduce: allows softer animation on constrained devices or reduced-motion contexts.

Practical guidance

• Keep this at defaults unless you have accessibility/performance requirements.
• Test with reduced-motion preferences and low-end devices.
