Checks if the given point is inside the given rectangle
Parameters
- point: ICoordinates
  the point to check
- size: IDimension
  the rectangle size
- offset: ICoordinates
  position offset
- Optionalradius: number
  the point radius
- Optionaldirection: OutModeDirection
  the point direction
Returns boolean
true if the point is inside the rectangle
